For my final essay I will write about the public controversy of "what the root cause of obesity within grade school kids is." The more prominent similar controversy discusses the evaluate of physical education in public schools, however I will argue that while there is not enough importance given to physical education, the underlying problem is that there is not enough importance given to students learning the topic of health. This argument would include how I believe the change should take place. Another position could argue that currently there are not enough resources to implement a change in organization. There are also opposing arguments that I will find concerning ethical issues.

Based on your proposal, I think you want to argue that public schools should change health education to prevent obesity and promote healthy living. You will have to use your research to answer several questions. How do public schools currently educate children about health? How should that be changed? What evidence proves that such a change would result in less obese students?
